Sound Healing Meditation is a guided healing meditation with lying down and connecting with your subconscious mind and then listening to the sound of vibrational singing bowls that vibrate your cells and revive them to open up any blocks and let the energy flow. Tibetan singing bowls meditation will elevate your consciousness through the frequencies and the vibrations of the bowls. Sound healing has been used for thousands of years and is on the frontiers of modern neuroscience. Join us to reach a deep state of healing, reintegration and realignment of your own frequencies.

Yin Yoga
75 minutes
Surrender yourself completely to the quiet, contemplative practice of Yin Yoga. Be still, be passive, and allow gravity to do the work for you. The class takes you through a series of floor-based postures that are held anywhere between 1-5min, where we encourage the use of props and cushions to hold and support the body in place. Yin Yoga targets the deep connective tissues of the shoulders, spine, hips and pelvis, enhancing joint health, flexibility, and blood circulation. Mental strength and resilience is also practiced as the biggest challenge lies in remaining motionless, cultivating inner stillness, and quieting the mind.
Taking root in traditional Chinese medicine, a regular practice of Yin Yoga balances the health of our internal organs by clearing blockages in our energy channels, and improving the flow of vital life force (prana, or chi) in the body.
All levels are welcome.

Therapeutic Yoga

Therapeutic Yoga is a blend of restorative yoga, gentle yoga, yin yoga, breathwork, hands-on healing, and guided meditation techniques combined in such a way that makes it an excellent choice for those who need something gentle yet effective for bringing the body, mind and spirit into balance. The session is filled with guided inspiration and healing movements to release stress and anxiety; improves flexibility; strengthens immunity; releases toxins and balances energy channels. It is also, a good practice for those recovering from or living with injury, but can also be used as a self-care strategy for prevention and to maintain one’s well being. Therapeutic Yoga is a means to facilitate healing in the whole person, physically and emotionally. No prior yoga experience needed.

Kundalini Yoga

During this one hour and fifteen minutes we will be using the benefits of this ancient practice through breath, specific movements and timings. This practice works to repair and expand the nervous system on a cellular level and increase your energetic awareness.
It’s not your normal Yoga practice, we use specific sets of movement to free blocks in the body, releasing emotions, tension and patterns that no longer serve us, with time to rest in between inviting ourselves to soften and let go.
Each class has a theme. Starting off with breath work, warm up and then the ‘Kriya’ for the class, combing it with ‘Mantra’s’ and ‘Mudra’s’ connecting us deeper within ourselves.

1- Guided meditation for grounding and re-centering2- Breath-work each time a different technique, some are energizing some relaxing and some balancing 3- The asanas or the physical work that is also combined with the consciousness of the breath4- Wrapping up the session with a short guided meditation to release and let go

The session will help melt down all your obstacles as you come out of the last pose feeling like you’ve lost what no longer serves you as well accepting what remains in you with better wisdom and clarity.. ready to receive the gifts of the universe.

Align x Restore - Functional Yoga for Women

An invigorating women-focused practice bringing breath, movement, alignment and mind/body connection together in a flow-style to support and restore:
• Hormones to eliminate most symptoms of low or unbalanced hormones • Digestion to reduce bloating, IBS, constipation, cramps, gas, abdominal tension.• Metabolism to maintain a healthy weight and support mental health.• Lymph circulation to boost immunity, reduce inflammation and water retention• Glymph drainage to support brain health.• Blood circulation to oxygenate and nourish tissue, organs and cells of the body.• Mental health to reduce the impact of stress on the body and mind.• Spine and ribcage alignment to promote proper posture and abdominal organs mobility.• Pelvic Health to maintain a balance of stability and mobility in the muscles surrounding the pelvis. Not recommended for:
